“Before The Challenge, I was fat, unhappy…it was horrendous,” said UK’s first Weight-Loss Challenge Champion Mike Burns.
“I really needed to do something for the guy in the mirror,” he admitted. “I didn’t like the guy in the mirror.”
Then came the question that changed his life. Someone asked him, “What do you think you could lose in 90 days?”
“It wasn’t a diet. It was really swapping an unhealthy meal for something healthy that tasted great… and I felt just so much better,” Mike explained.
In fact, he said, “I didn’t feel like I was having to change my lifestyle. The Challenge fit into my lifestyle. I like the guy in the mirror now… it’s also spurred me on to do more things because it isn’t just now about weight loss. It’s about getting healthier and fitter.”
Mike’s weight-loss success was contagious. His wife, Suzy, has lost 28 lbs. on the PROJECT 10™ Challenge.
