Seasonal Spiced Pumpkin Vi-Shape Shake
- 2 scoops Vi-Shape® Shake Mix
- 1 cup mashed pumpkin or organic pumpkin puree
Did you know? Pumpkin is a superfood. True to the gourd’s orange hue, pumpkins are high in beta-carotene, which converts to Vitamin A in the body. - ½ banana
- 8 oz. almond milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- Ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients until well blended and smooth. Garnish with ground flaxseeds or a sprinkle of nutmeg as desired.
