The holiday season is here and we couldn’t be more excited about pumpkin spice—everything! We’ve whipped together a dreamy, pumpkin pie inspired shake that will feed your cravings without the guilt a traditional slice brings.

Seasonal Spiced Pumpkin Vi-Shape Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape® Shake Mix
  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin or organic pumpkin puree

Did you know? Pumpkin is a superfood. True to the gourd’s orange hue, pumpkins are high in beta-carotene, which converts to Vitamin A in the body. Beta-carotene is known for its immune boosting properties and additionally supports eye health. Plus one cup of pumpkin puree packs seven grams of fiber, three grams of protein and contains only 80 calories and one gram of fat. Delicious, nutritious and low-cal and low fat—bonus!

  • ½ banana
  • 8 oz. almond milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½  tsp. nutmeg
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients until well blended and smooth. Garnish with ground flaxseeds or a sprinkle of nutmeg as desired.
