Cynthia Hill has a long history in health and fitness, having been a personal trainer for 20 years and owned gyms for the last 10 years. She’s been through the hype and seen a range of diet fads that have left her shaking her head. That is, until Vi came into her life seven years ago when she first became a Customer. She’s spent the last two years promoting The Challenge at her gym and within her network, building another business that has taken her Life, Health and Prosperity to new heights.
Results are Real
“I was in search of nutritional products that would work for my clients and me, and I had tried everything,” says Cynthia, adding, “Vi-Shape was different. It actually tasted great and produced the results my clients and I wanted—real results, 90 days at a time.”
The Challenge was the perfect fit for someone like Cynthia, who thrived on setting achievable goals and pushing herself physically. As a former international fitness queen, Cynthia was no stranger to competition. Her Vi Model win nonetheless came as a surprise given she was 20 years older than many of the other women on stage at National Success Training (NST) in Ft. Lauderdale in April 2015.
“I wanted to push my body,” says Cynthia, who trains adults for intensive sporting events and competitions. “My goal was to represent the 40+ crowd. It’s never too late to be in the best shape of your life.”
Focused on Fitness
A natural entrepreneur and motivated by the physical and financial rewards of living the Vi Life, Cynthia drew a tremendous amount of support from her team and family once she decided to compete for the Vi Model title. During her most recent Challenge, she lost 5 lbs. and built 5 lbs. of lean muscle. She prepared her mind and body for the competition by focusing on her goal and putting in the daily physical work needed to build the physique of her dreams.
“I have always been fit,” says Cynthia, adding, “My attitude toward health and fitness didn’t change as I got older, but my fitness goals did. The Challenge reenergized my workouts. I incorporated new, more challenging exercises and added reps to my routine.”
For Cynthia, her team and her Customers, The Challenge has been the easiest model to follow because it produces long lasting results by integrating a balanced diet and regular exercise.
“I’ve been a part of so many physical transformations over the years, but I’ve never witnessed results like those that come from being on The Challenge and Vi products in such a short period of time,” says Cynthia. “And these are results that last because being on The Challenge truly becomes a lifestyle.”
Lending a Helping Hand
Yet another benefit of being part of Vi is the opportunity to help feed children in need across the globe. Project 10™ Kids plays a major role in Cynthia’s business. She has been working with a local charity in Fullerton, California for three years to raise awareness regarding healthy habits, and provide nutritious Vi meals, drinks or snacks to underprivileged children.
“I get inspired by the children I’m able to impact,” says Cynthia, adding, “Now, as a Vi Model, I have an even bigger platform to rally others around Vi’s mission to educate kids and their families on how to lead healthier lives.”
Cynthia recently went above and beyond the call of duty and started her own non-profit centered on building self-esteem and empowering children to make the right choices when it comes to nutrition and fitness.
No obstacle is too big for Cynthia. She takes her workload in stride and prides herself on expertly multi-tasking among business, charity and family responsibilities. As a busy entrepreneur, fitness trainer, wife, mother of two and now Vi Model, Cynthia has a lot to be proud of and a wealth of knowledge to share. We can’t wait to see where her next Challenge will take her.
