The 2,600 Calorie Body by Vi Meal Plan


Below is the newest installment of our meal plan series, today’s being The 2,600 Calorie Meal Plan. As previously mentioned on The Challenge, we will be posting a series of meal plans that are designed for individuals looking to consume either 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000, 2300 or 2600 calories per day. 2600 Calories Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snack
Monday -ViSalus Ultra Oatmeal* w/ 1 banana & 1oz nuts-1 cup of milk or ½ cup of juice

-Vi-Shape Shake with 8oz skim milk-Large side salad w/ light dressing topped w/ veggies & 4oz grilled chicken

-1 small apple

-4oz grilled salmon topped with fresh mango salsa*-Grilled asparagus, 1 cup wild rice,1 cup vegetarian chili

-ViSalus Strawberry Granola Parfait*



Tuesday -Vi-Shape Shake with 8oz milk and w/ 1 cup of mixed berries-2 hard boiled eggs

-Tuna salad on whole grain bread with mayonnaise-Veggies w/ 2oz hummus or dip -Veggie stir-fry* w/ 1 cup brown rice-ViSalus Strawberry Cheesecake dessert*

-2 rice cakes w/ 1 cup cottage cheese

Wednesday -Vi-Shape Shake*-1 slice whole grain toast w/ 1 tbsp. peanut butter

-2oz whole grain crackers with 1 cup Mango Salsa*

Taco Night- 4 small whole grain tortillas, ground turkey, salsa & 1oz guacamole

Thursday -ViSalus Strawberry Granola Parfait-1 hard boiled egg

Sunday -4 small pumpkin pancakes* with 1/4 Cup maple syrup-2 scrambled eggs w/ 1oz cheese
