Team Vi3DL lost over 800 pounds on The Challenge- 809 pounds to be exact! Hear from each team member on what their success means to them.
Shelton Hagerman– My transformation means that I now have self-confidence and respect for myself. I am no longer ashamed to be seen in public. I will get to see my children grow up and am setting an example for my children that health is important and should not be taken for granted. I added years to my life! I finally feel alive!
On my first Challenge I set a goal of losing 50 pounds and I ended up losing 70 lbs. However my overall, ULTIMATE goal was to lose 150 pounds on The Challenge. During my most recent Challenge I set out to get under 200 pounds for the first time this century! I hit my goal and lost 20 additional pounds, bringing me to a total of 32 pounds and 8 inches lost in 90 days! I have lost a total of 150 pounds and 54 inches since beginning Feb 2012. I have hit my ULTIMATE weight loss goal!!
Mike McKelvey– I defied the physicians report and will live a lot longer than the two years he gave me! I will see my youngest graduate high school and my wife no longer has to worry about a future without me. Life is worth living again- The Challenge gave me my life back!
On my first Challenge I lost 139 pounds! This Challenge I set a goal to hit the 300 pound weight loss mark and I succeeded! In addition, I lost 80 pounds over the last 90 days. I have now lost a total of 323 pounds since beginning in April 2012 (655 pounds to 332 pounds). My life has been forever changed thanks to The Challenge!
Kenny Allman– My transformation means that I am still alive- it’s as simple as that. I would have died a long time ago if not for losing the weight. Life is enjoyable now and Vi truly saved my life!
I lost 27 pounds and 3 inches on my most recent 90-Day Challenge. That brings the grand total to 176 pounds lost on the Body by Vi Challenge since beginning my journey in May 2011. In total I have gone from 425 pounds to 249 pounds, thank you ViSalus!
Rachel Groves– To me, my transformation means no more depression. Prior to joining The Challenge, I was to the point that I didn’t know if I wanted to live anymore. My transformation also means that I won’t be fighting with my sugar levels or high blood pressure. I have achieved things I never thought possible! I can now be a blessing to others and have ViSalus to thank for helping me get to this point!
This Challenge I set a goal to run a 10K, which I not only accomplished, but I also lost 29 pounds and 7 inches on my waist! All together I have lost 160 pounds and am 68 inches down. Not only that, but I gained 28 pounds of lean muscle!
Congratulations to the Vi3DL team for their incredible results!
