Success doesn’t come easy as Team Challenge Champions #iBUILTit know. But they also know that having a common goal and the support of friends can make all the difference.
“It was nice for us all to have the same goal–to put on muscle–so we could all push each other,” says Chad Schieler.
“It is a lot of work. It is a lot of sacrifice, a lot of overcoming obstacles,” says Matt Plumer, adding, “If you want to win, you’ve got to make personal sacrifices and commitments.”
Together they built a total of 53 lbs. of lean muscle and lost 25% body fat.
“We’ve all been on stage. We’ve all done other things in ViSalus. But together, as a team, doing it literally as one… and winning as one was by far an amazing moment,” says Matt.
