How to Make Blueberry Vi-Muffins


One of the best parts of trying out the Vi-Shape Shake Mix is all of the different ways you can utilize it. Some people like to create their own shake recipes by adding a variety of fruits, while others like to get as creative as baking cookies with the mix!The beauty is that you can really do whatever you’d like with it to create a healthier, more protein-filled snack!

A great example of how to get creative with the Vi-Shape Shake Mix is this recipe for Blueberry Vi-Muffins:

Use a Silicon pan   Makes 6
Mix together
3 Eggs ( or eggwhites if you want to reduce fat)
1 tsp oil or 2 tsp melted butter
2 tsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp Agave Syrup or Honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 C coconut flour
1/4 Cup ViShape Protein
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 C baking Stevia or 1/2 Cup baking Splenda 1 C fresh blueberries (I used less)
