Challenge Timeline of the Week


ViSalus’ new Challenge Timeline is used to support your Body by Vi 90-Day Challenge. This is where you officially begin your journey towards your Challenge goal through documenting your progress on a virtual timeline.

Many ViSalians have already begun utilizing the Challenge Timeline and the transformations they are documenting are not only inspirational, but can be used to help you as a guide for how to complete your challenge goals. Through the use of the Challenge Timeline, you can see what worked and what didn’t for other individuals, helping you learn effective techniques while also avoiding potential roadblocks in your journey to becoming a better you.

Each week we will be featuring a Challenge Timeline that we find inspirational. This week’s featured Challenge Timeline comes from our ViSalian Richard Palange. Richard has set three goals: walk/jog/run 40 miles per week with his Dog Buster, improve his 5K time from 1 hour and 11 minutes to 45 minutes and improve his time swimming a mile with fins and a kick board from 50 minutes to 34 minutes.

  1. I signed up for the challenge timeline site on Monday, as I started my 90-day challenge.
    On Monday I was able to load some photos and a journal entry. Since then I have been trying to input journal entries and I cannot get any of the buttons to work, or my info on Monday to scroll.

    I am currently working off of a brand new windows 7 computer.

    Are you having technical difficulties with the site or is it something I am doing??

      • admin / Yes, by all means, keep going. Remember to take your measurements, as you may lose more inehcs than weight in the beginning. Watch your sugar intake, and make sure to keep a food log of everything you eat. Get rid of ALL soda pop, and anything that contains High fructose corn syrup. Hope this helps!

  2. I finally got it to work! But I had to download Google Chrome onto my work computer (that is what I set it up with at home.) But it would not / still does not seem to like my Internet Explorer here at work.

    Maybe something to look into?
