Each week we will be featuring a Challenge Timeline that we find inspirational. This week’s featured Challenge Timeline comes from our ViSalian Richard Palange. Richard has set three goals: walk/jog/run 40 miles per week with his Dog Buster, improve his 5K time from 1 hour and 11 minutes to 45 minutes and improve his time swimming a mile with fins and a kick board from 50 minutes to 34 minutes.
