What factors contributed to your weight gain?

I had twins and wasn’t as careful as I should have been when it came to eating when I was pregnant. I also quit smoking and ended up replacing that habit with 70-496 eating more often. Both of those reasons combined with a lack of exercise caused me to gain weight.

What motivated you to lose the first 10 pounds?

I was tired too often and wasn’t really able to keep up with my four kids! I wanted to be outside playing soccer with my husband and kids without being out of breath after the first minute!

What is one tip you would give someone to help them lose their first 10 pounds?

Stay strong and remember that change doesn’t happen overnight!! You WILL reach your goals- never give up. You will slip up, you just have to pick yourself back up and move on!

What factors contributed to your initial 10 pound weight loss?

Drinking Vi-Shakes everyday, exercising regularly and going public with my
77-885 goal were extremely important in my initial success.

How do you feel in terms of energy and overall wellness after you lost the first 10 pounds?

I feel much more energetic and better about myself, plus I can even see a difference in my physical appearance!

It really came down to a lack of dedication and poor planning on my part. Simple as that.

What motivated you to lose the first 10 pounds?

Project 10 Kids. Being able to help a child with weight issues really hit home. That was all the motivation I needed.

What is one tip you would give someone to help them lose their first 10 pounds?

Don’t always pay attention to the numbers. Remember, it’s all about the journey, not the destination.

How do you feel in terms of energy and overall wellness after losing the first 10 pounds?

I feel that I am truly a happier person because I lost my fist 10 pounds

What factors contributed to your weight gain?

I was essentially addicted to fast food and junk food. I turned to food when I was in need of comfort.  I was an emotional eater who was hiding behind food whenever times were tough.

What motivated you to lose the first 10 pounds?

I was tired of the way my body felt and looked. I want to be around to see my children grow up and that was plenty motivation in itself.

What is one tip you would give someone to help them lose their first 10 pounds?

Don’t over-think it. Just start and give yourself a chance- anything is possible!

How do you feel after losing your first 10 pounds?

I feel like I can reach my target goal because I lost the first 10 pounds

What factors contributed to your weight gain?

I wasn’t eating the right foods plus I wasn’t paying attention to food labels so I wasn’t as aware of what I was eating. I also had the tendency to eat late at night and wasn’t very good about controlling my portion sizes.

What motivated you to lose the first 10 pounds?

I felt stuffed all the time, which is not a very comfortable feeling. I didn’t like being in picture and had a really negative self-image.

What is one tip you would give someone to help them lose their first 10 pounds?

Prepare mentally by visualizing the results that you desire. Cut out pictures, pick the swimsuit and mentally plan the event where you will reveal your weight loss. Going public with your goals is extremely important to succeeding.

Constant traveling paired with eating out late at night ended up causing the majority of my weight gain.

What motivated you to lose the first 10 pounds?

I wanted to improve my health for my wife. Not only that, but I wanted to be an inspiration for my entire Vi-Team.

What is one tip you would give someone to help them lose their first 10 pounds?

Get on the scale immediately and do your Project 10 video as a way of committing yourself to your goal as soon as possible. Remember- no one will get committed until you do.

How do you feel after losing your first 10 pounds?

I am more motivated to eat healthy and can notice a difference in my physical appearance.

What factors contributed to your initial 10-pound weight loss?

Eating healthier, exercising regularly and drinking Vi-Shakes everyday were the most important factors to my success.

  1. I’m on my journey to losing my first ten pounds but my 90 day goal is to lose thirty five can’t wait to get that first ten off I need some in couragement .
